to be in contact

From thought to feeling,
patterning to empowerment,
withholding to expression,
and uncertainty to clarity.
Sara is a devoted practitioner of self-inquiry and conscious, holistic living. She weaves together clinical knowledge with intuitive, heart-centered guidance, offering a rare blend of precision and compassion.
Her work is rooted in the understanding that presence, truth, and authentic connection are gateways to transformation. In both therapeutic and contemplative settings, she creates space for what has been unspoken, unseen, or long held within — gently guiding individuals toward release, clarity, and a deeper sense of self.
With a calm and steady presence, Sara helps clients unwind old patterns, navigate present-day challenges, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom. Her approach is attuned, intuitive, and shaped by the unique unfolding of each person’s journey.
Her own journey with self-inquiry began in 2018 at her first Enlightenment Intensive — a turning point that set her on a path of inner exploration and professional evolution. She has since completed over two years of immersive study with Russell Scott to become a certified Clearing Practitioner and has just begun a Psychosomatic Practitioner training with the Integrative Psychology Institute. She also draws on her background of a masters in occupational therapy, bringing a grounded, integrative perspective to her work.
Whether through occupational therapy or deep inner inquiry, Sara’s intention remains the same: to be a clear and compassionate presence — one that supports others in coming home to themselves.

Clearing is a 1:1 process that gently resolves the emotional residue of unspoken experiences, old patterns, and relational breakdowns. Through guided, present-moment inquiry, clients express what has remained unprocessed—often feeling lighter, freer, and more themselves. It’s not therapy—it’s a space for truth, connection, and release.

Self-inquiry is the simple yet profound practice of turning inward to ask, “Who am I?” or “Is this really true?” By gently examining our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, we begin to see through the conditioning and reconnect with presence. It’s a path of deep remembering—returning to what is real, time and time again.
